Processing Time
All orders are custom-made based on the photos and information you provide.
After placing your order, our artists and AI-assisted design team create multiple portrait concepts for your review. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before your preview page becomes available.
Design Approval
Once your designs are ready, you will receive access to a preview page where you can review and select your preferred design. Production begins after you submit your final selection.
Delays in reviewing or approving your designs may extend the overall delivery time.
Shipping Times
United States: 7–12 Business Days
Canada: 10–15 Business Days
Europe: 8–15 Business Days
Rest of World: 12–18 Business Days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been produced and shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
